Free shipping? Tell me more!

Get free shipping when your order total reaches $60 or more. Shop our website and add items to your cart. When your item total reaches $60 or more, you will automatically receive free shipping on your order. It's that simple!  

How long does it take to receive my order?

We will typically ship out your order within 1-2 business days. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping time varies by your location, but typically will arrive within 3-7 business days from the time of shipping. 

I love Funko Pop! but the boxes often arrive damaged when I order online. Will the Pop! arrive damaged?

You don’t have to worry about damage at the LOST TRADING POST! As a Funko Pop collector myself, I understand how important the outer box is to a collector. When I sell an item, I inspect it for visible damage prior to shipping. Any Pop which does not fall into an 8 out of 10 or better will be moved to The Discount Bin. Sometimes, the boxes may have minor flaws from the manufacturing process, but I do my best to only sell quality products. You can also add a soft-sided pop box protector to any 4" Funko Pop! for added protection. 

What does "New Old Stock" even mean?

All of our new games come directly from a manufacturer/distributor. Occasionally, we will get our hands on an older game that is still factory sealed. It's still new in the box, but it is old stock that didn't reach our store by way of the manufacturer or distributor. 

I am looking for a specific game and I don’t see it listed on your website.

Please contact us! We can special order a wide variety of board games not listed on our website, and have it ready to ship to you within just a few days. If you are looking for a specific title that you don’t see, please ask us and we will see if it is available. 

What is The Discount Bin?

It is exactly like it sounds. It may be overstocked products, sale items, or products where the box is in slightly less-than-new condition, such as a split lid or dented corner. The Discount Bin is your chance to score a great game or toy at a discount. 

You can also score some great deals on previously played games, such as games that have been opened but are still 100% complete, or games and toys we are marking down for clearance. Unless indicated in the description, any game that is opened will be 100% complete and clearly marked as previously played. 

What condition are your vintage games?

Due to the nature of vintage games, the condition of each game may vary. We will describe the condition of our vintage games to the best of our ability, as well as include pictures so you can judge for yourself the condition of the game. Check back often, as you never know what treasure you may find in the vintage game section. 

What is your return policy?

We love our products, and want you to love your toy or board game as well. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit. Games must be returned in the same condition as you received it to qualify (you can’t open packs of cards to see the contents, then return them if you didn’t score the rare card you were hoping for).

Mystery items and products containing rare or hard to find chases will not be returnable once opened. 

You must contact us prior to shipping the item back. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping cost as well.

 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, and books or magazines cannot be returned. Blind bags and card packs also cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a record the purchase was made through  losttradingpost.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, which is valid at www.losttradingpost.com only and has no cash value outside of Lost Trading Post. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@losttradingpost.com and send your item to: 494 Strait Way, Central Point, OR, 97502, United States. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 494 Strait Way, Central Point, OR, 97502, United States. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is defective, Lost Trading Post will reimburse the return shipping cost as well.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
